Oct 2003 - Getting closer. The third trimester is finally here for ALL of us. Now is when to expect those
Braxton Hicks. If you start having regular contractions, be sure to lay down and drink a ton of water. If they
continue, CALL YOUR DOCTOR! Swollen feet are common now too. Try not to be on your feet for long periods of time.
If they do swell, drink water and put them up. R&R is what the third trimester is all about.
